College football betting lines: Texas Tech, Utah head into ranked Big 12 clash

The AP Poll is out and Ohio State remain No. 1, Texas A&M moves into the top 10 after their win over Notre Dame. As for Notre Dame, they are still ranked after starting the season 0-2. but no team has ever started the season 0-3 and held onto a top-25 ranking.
